Business Developer - Energy Management

Currently we are looking for a Business Developer - Energy Management.

Mission:

You will responsible for the business development of our "Ecoxpert Program" network, which includes qualified and certified Schneider Electric Partners in building optimization, energy management and energy efficiency domains.

You will support the development of the initiatives for the Partners, guaranteeing the local deployment of the actions (and their follow-up) within the assigned regions (CE-SUD), according to the Governance process specific for each plan.

What will you do?

  • Business Development of the Partners part of the Ecoxpert Program within the assigned regions, supporting them with a value proposition for their End Users Customers.
  • Analysis and evaluation of the performance of each Partner, discussing the Quarterly Business Report and identifying proper actions to implement.
  • Monitoring and update (if needed) the list of Partners to include within the Program, according with the requirements to be part of.
  • Sales and business development point of Reference within the regions for the identification of new Customers and Channels for Cloud (EEH/EBA) and on Premise (PME) software offers
  • Local management of Energy Management development plans supporting the dedicated sales force for the different channels (Specifiers, Contractors, End Users) to ensure focus, effectiveness and speed of execution.
  • Technical and commercial support for the regions, supported by local specialized colleagues, for the proposal of Schneider Electric portfolio (both Hardware and Software) related to Energy Management and Asset Management domains.
  • Support the development of local partnerships, based on a Value Proposition linked to Energy Management & Asset Management, with different players on the market, such as Utilities, Professional and Industrial Associations, Energy Service Companies (ESCO), EGE, etc.


What will help you to be successful?
  • Knowledge of standards and incentives related to energy management (i.e. CT3.0, IperAmmortamento...)
  • Ability to carry-out feasibility studies related to energy management solutions, assessing both technical, operational and financial benefits, coordinating the activities and the resources to support the Partner
  • Solution Selling Skills and ability to promote SE solutions at different levels, influencing our stakeholders up to C-level representatives, and solid presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial dynamics of the different sales channels and ability to interact and work together with the relative sales representatives in the regions, fostering collaboration and focus towards a common goal
  • Ability to promote new ideas and actions to foster the business development of the Partners, ability to manage and deploy commercial and technical development plans, useful for the growth of the Partners
