Mission
The Business Analyst plays a key role in optimizing, transforming, and digitizing business processes within the Enterprise IT Europe Global Supply Chain (GSC) Distribution Execution IT ecosystem.
This position is responsible for analyzing existing workflows, designing and implementing SAP or Best‑of‑Breed (BoB) solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives. Reporting to the GSC DevOps Manager, the role acts as a bridge between business operations and IT, ensuring efficient process integration and high‑quality solution delivery.
This Expert will play a vital role in advancing the organization's digital transformation journey. By leveraging SAP's or BoB capabilities, they will drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable the business to adapt to changing market demands.
What you'll do:
Business Process Analysis and Optimization :
- Assess current business processes (mainly in WM/MM) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Global teams to map, redesign, and optimize end‑to‑end processes.
SAP or Best of Breed (BoB) Solution Implementation :
- In cooperation with the Digital Technology Center, configure and customize SAP modules (primarily WM, MM; SD is an advantage).
- Prepare and maintain Change Request Specifications and Project Specifications.
- Review and approve Functional Specifications submitted by technical teams.
- Support system integration, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Project Assessment & Delivery
- Execute project assessments, feasibility evaluations, and effort/cost sizing.
- Actively participate throughout the full project lifecycle - including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Work with internal tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP CALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and related delivery platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and execute Unit Tests and support SIT execution.
- Provide guidance and support to business teams during UAT.
- Ensure delivery quality and compliance with internal standards.
Process Innovation :
- Propose innovative solutions to emerging business needs, including leveraging SAP standard features and Best‑of‑Breed tools.
- Drive automation opportunities , including the use of AI-driven enhancements where applicable
Change Management:
- Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and SAP deployments.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure user adoption and understanding of SAP or BoB tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on process improvements.
- Document and communicate process changes and their impact on operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track and report on process performance.
- Contribute to regular reviews to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all digital processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process management or SAP implementation projects .
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM and MM (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA/Fiori is considered an advantage.
- Technical skills:
- Ability to write Change Request Specifications, Project Specifications, and review/approve Functional Specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP CALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong relationship builder across business functions, Schneider Digital, and external partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to ~20% travel within Europe (e.g., occasional on-site workshops or project deployments, typically not exceeding 1 week per month).
