We are now seeking a Building Sales Director - Sweden to lead and develop our Building business across the country.
In this role, you will lead our commercial strategy and sales organization of our Building customers and solutions -driving growth, customer value, and market leadership across a diverse building solutions portfolio. You'll empower and develop a high-performing sales team, shape and animate our go‑to‑market approach, and build strong relationships across the Swedish building and construction ecosystem. As part of both the Swedish and Nordic leadership teams, you'll play a key role in driving profitability, execution, and strategic alignment.

What you'll do
To be successful in this role, it is important that you understand and leverage the building industry value chain. You have proven experience as to how to influence the right stakeholders at the right time. This includes consulting engineers, developers, contractors, panel builders and construction consultants, as well as customers board members and decisions makers. You will be the face of Schneider Electric Building business and solutions in Sweden, communicating business strategy towards our market and customers, and drive our journey towards more added value through digitalization.
You will:
- Develop and deploy winning strategies to outpace market growth
- Develop industry's best sales organization leveraging innovation and digitalization
- Build high performing and dedicated teams with focus on customer mindset, mastery and engagement across the country
- Improve profitability and deliver sustainable growth
- Drive offer management, channel sales, end-user sales, projects, services, and support/development
- Become a critical member of both the Nordic Management Team, contributing, aligning, and deploying Building business strategy locally as well as the Sweden management team, making sure business plans are aligned and coordinated

Essential for the Role
- Commercial focus and business development mindset
- Experience with P&L management within service, project, or technology businesses
- Strong understanding of international real estate and construction markets including C-level selling
- Technical or commercial education (BBA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
- Experience working in an international matrix organization
- Demonstrated people leadership including experience leading transformation and change initiatives
You excel in business development and demonstrate strong C‑level business acumen, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions that accelerate growth. You see the big picture while ensuring operational excellence, and you know how to influence effectively beyond formal reporting lines. Integrity, prioritization, and the ability to simplify complexity are essential.
