Mission:
Il BMS Safety & Security Offer Manager è responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo dell'intera offerta dei sistemi di antincendio, controllo accessi ed antintrusione di Schneider Electric.
What will you do?
• Definire il Marketing Business Plan per l'offerta BMS Safety & Security con l'obiettivo di garantire il raggiungimento dei target aziendali in termini di fatturato e market share;
• Proporre ed elaborare strategie di sviluppo per l'offerta di competenza sul mercato italiano in coordinamento con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte (Vendite, altre figure di Marketing, Logistica, Qualità, Controllo di Gestione) con attenzione particolare ai canali e segmenti target per l'offerta in oggetto;
• Gestire il portafoglio di prodotti dell'offerta BMS Safety & Security utilizzando tutte le leve del marketing mix;
• Lanciare i nuovi prodotti e soluzioni sul mercato italiano;
• Supportare, per il proprio potfolio di offerta, la forza di vendita ed i partner commerciali nella fase di sales e presales.
• Formare la forza di vendita ed i partner commerciali sul proprio portfolio di offerta.
• Assicurare sviluppo, aggiornamento e diffusione di tutti gli strumenti necessari alla rete commerciale per l'elaborazione dell'offerta di competenza;
• Garantire la relazione con il Business a livello Corporate per sostenere lo sviluppo di progetti/offerte adeguati ai bisogni e alle tendenze del mercato italiano;
• Arricchire il portafoglio di offerta con prodotti di fornitori locali, lì dove necessario.

• Analizzare mercato e concorrenza locali in termini di posizionamento e approccio commerciale;
• Assicurare un alto livello di interoperabilità dell'offerta con tutte le altre componenti fondamentali che compongono la soluzione di completa di Schneider Electric.
What will help you to be successful?
• Esperienza nel Product Management, supporto tecnico e/o formazione nel settore della sicurezza maturata preferibilmente in società multinazionali o realtà modernamente organizzate
• Buone conoscenze tecniche in ambito informatico e TLC
• Ottime capacità di relazione e comunicazione
• Dinamismo e spirito imprenditoriale
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
