BMS Commissioning Engineer

B MS Commissioning Engineer
- will maintain, install, configure, and commission our full suite of products primarily our EcoStruxure solutions for BMS.
- Provide design technical documents (System architecture, Panel drawings, BOQ, ...) and technical assistance to our team.
- Working at multiple client sites (Data Centers, Digital Buildings, ...), you will become part of a team that provides outstanding service and support to our clients.
- This posting is for an experienced Commissioning Engineer of Digital Energy BMS systems in large and complex Projects such as Life Sciences and Data Centers.
- This is a customer facing position, working on customer site during all commissioning phases - Travel 50% of time away from home location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design project technical documentation (System I/O list, BOM, Panel drawings, system architecture, ...etc.)
2. Lead a technical team in project execution, and be the single point of contact regarding all project technical topics
3. Knowledge of Data Center/Critical environment Electrical and mechanical Infrastructure
4. Experience of commissioning large EMPS / ENMS Systems.
5. Commissioning of BMS including but not limited to HVAC, chiller plants, building automation systems, etc.
6. Programming of BMS systems
7. Experience with UPS and diesel-power motor-generator systems
8. Experience in one or more of the following platforms:
i) EcoStruxure™ BMS Building Operation by Schneider Electric.
ii) NiagaraTridium.
iii) Siemens Desigo or Apogee.
iv) Johnson Controls Metasys.
v) Honeywell Building BMS Systems / Trend Controls.
vi) PLC Platforms for Mechanical Control Systems in Buildings.
9. Experience in the design of data center infrastructure such as cooling piping, control systems, ventilation systems, plumbing, and related mechanical or electrical systems.
10. Design and implement HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens and visualizations to provide real-time data and control capabilities for operators.
11. Handles overall technical responsibilities for one or more projects, including project specification, functionality, testing and commissioning.
12. Document preparation and obtain customer's approval per document specification and schedule.
13. Troubleshoot and debug the systems, identifying and resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
14. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BMS and data centers industries.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience working with development of BMS, ENMS, EMPS
- Knowledge of industrial protocols and communication standards (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Team player with good leadership and communication skills and able to travel when required.
- Very detail-oriented, and capable of leading service teams during projects commissioning or troubleshooting situations.
- Experience with HMI design and visualization tools.
- Professional user of Microsoft Office
- Understanding BMS and datacenters technologies.
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
