We're hiring a Services Channel Sales Representative to accelerate growth through our partner ecosystem. If you're passionate about enabling distributors, OEMs, and system integrators to deliver high-value Services solutions, this role offers real impact and visibility.
What will you do?
- Build and enable channel partners to expand their Services capabilities across consulting, modernization, and connected services
- Drive joint demand generation, pipeline development, and conversion through co-created go-to-market strategies
- Establish partner readiness through training, governance, and performance management frameworks
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality customer outcomes

- Consultative Selling - developing level; positioning Services solutions that address customer business challenges

- Communication - foundational level; articulating value propositions clearly to partners and internal stakeholders
- Industry Knowledge - developing level; understanding market trends and customer needs across key segments

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $74,400 - $111,600 per year, and the expected commission range is $ 94,400 - $141,600 per year (uncapped).
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits), flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date) , opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
