Twój IMPACT

Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za utrzymanie wysokiej dostępności maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych oraz rozwój infrastruktury technicznej zakładu. Twoim celem będzie minimalizowanie przestojów produkcyjnych, wdrażanie działań prewencyjnych i optymalizacyjnych oraz wspieranie rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii produkcyjnych.

Główne zadania:

• Wykrywanie i usuwanie awarii maszyn i urządzeń związanych z automatyką i sterowaniem.
• Analiza RCA awarii, rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych na podległych maszynach.
• Planowanie i nadzór nad realizacją czynności prewencyjnych.
• Planowanie i koordynowanie wykonania remontów i napraw parku maszynowego.
• Udział w projektach: wdrażanie nowych maszyn i urządzeń, optymalizacja pracy maszyn.
• Przygotowanie propozycji usprawnień oraz modernizacji maszyn i urządzeń.

Doświadczenie i umiejętności, których szukamy:

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub średnie techniczne (preferowane kierunki związane z automatyką, mechaniką lub pokrewne).
• Doświadczenie na stanowiskach związanych z utrzymaniem ruchu.
• Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
• Znajomość automatyki przemysłowej, pneumatyki i hydrauliki.
• Umiejętność diagnostyki maszyn przemysłowych, oprogramowania sterowników PLC.
• Zdolności analityczne i organizacyjne, umiejętność pracy w zespole i nastawienie na rozwój.
