What will you do?
- Support Client Development Manager (CDM) business development activities with a goal to augment and accelerate revenue generation
- Nurture sales pipelines that match the profile of Schneider Electric's Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory solutions
- Project manage account sales cycles to advance opportunities to close
- Drive efficiency and impact throughout the sales cycle including activities such as:
- Outbound communications and follow up cadences
- Sales strategy development and meeting preparation
- Heavy administrative support (internal and external)
- Internal stakeholder coordination
- Proposal development
- Event support
- Deal closing processes
- Develop relationships and processes with CDMs while adapting to evolving support needs throughout the sales cycle
- Liaise with other teams (Sales operations, Marketing operations, Events, Salesforce Administrators, Inside sales, and various subject matter experts) in order to improve processes, organize activities, and ensure transparent reporting and goal tracking
- Manage data input + unique reporting and administrative requests for CDMs within Salesforce
- Work with internal Schneider stakeholders to uncover Renewable Energy & Carbon Advisory opportunities within the existing client base
- Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities
- Support an agreed-upon revenue generation target each year
- Build business expertise and sales acumen with anticipation for rapid advancement to a full sales role in a growing business - become a corporate sustainability expert through training and development activities

What qualifications will make you successful?
- College degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability or similar
- More than 1 year of professional work experience in energy, sustainability, ESG strategy, reporting and communication is highly valued - you understand the macro corporate sustainability and renewable energy trends
- More than 1 year professional experience in client facing activities like sales, client management, customer service or similar
- Proven track record of being successful in all elements of a consultative sales role including; account prioritization, value proposition development, persistence in follow up of leads and movement of prospects through the sales cycle
- Project management experience and strong attention to detail
- Hard work ethic and adaptable in high growth environments
- Self-starter who is hungry to identify ways to positively impact the team
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and LinkedIn

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 74,400 - USD 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
