Assistant Software Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project and service site coordination, system test and commissioning of IOT, ELV and BMS system
• Perform software or system preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of MS Windows and MS SQL Server
• System configure and networking modify and test on installed base device software
• Handle and prepare service reports and documents
• Interact with clients to meet their needs and requirements on daily basis
• Work with other professionals within and outside the engineering sectors

Requirements :

• Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree above in Electric Engineer or Building Services related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, Wi-Fi) and, Zigbee and Modbus (highly preferred)
• Solid experience in IOT, BMS and E&M project coordination such as site work & progress monitoring, testing & commissioning is preferred
• Experience in power distribution/ control equipment / computer and networking is a plus
• Work on irregular hours and weekends, if necessary
