Join our production team as an Assembly Technician Lead - Second Shift and play a key role in delivering high-quality products through precise assembly and inspection. What will you do?

  • Assemble components and products to exact specifications while ensuring quality at every step
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to verify adherence to standards
  • Identify equipment malfunctions or process issues and report them promptly to maintain efficiency
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and optimize workflows

  • Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications and standards
  • Problem Solving - intermediate level; identifying issues and implementing effective solutions on the floor
  • Customer Orientation - intermediate level; delivering quality outputs that meet internal and external expectations

  • Influencing Skills - intermediate level; guiding team members and sharing best practices
  • Lean Methodology - developing level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the manual cell
  • Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; maintaining compliance with safety protocols

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $33 - $49 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
