Area Sales Lead Balikpapan

We're hiring a Services Channel Sales Representative to accelerate growth through our partner ecosystem. If you're passionate about enabling distributors, OEMs, and system integrators to deliver high-value Services solutions, this role offers real impact and visibility.

What will you do?

• Build and enable channel partners to expand their Services capabilities across consulting, modernization, and connected services
• Drive joint demand generation, pipeline development, and conversion through co-created go-to-market strategies
• Establish partner readiness through training, governance, and performance management frameworks
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality customer outcomes

• Channel Development - developing level; building partner capacity and enabling growth across distributor and integrator networks
• Consultative Selling - developing level; positioning Services solutions that address customer business challenges
• Account Management - developing level; managing partner relationships and driving joint business planning

• Customer Relationship Management - developing level; leveraging CRM tools to manage partner engagement and performance data
• Negotiation - developing level; structuring partner agreements and co-selling arrangements that drive mutual value
• Communication - foundational level; articulating value propositions clearly to partners and internal stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge - developing level; understanding market trends and customer needs across key segments
