For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between engineering, production, and customer requirements-ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized, equipment is properly integrated, and product quality meets or exceeds expectations. You will play a key role in implementing new designs, Problem-solving on current designs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support manufacturing applications.

• Assist in the design and deployment of custom applications or modifications to existing systems to meet both the customer and the plant's needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the installation of our systems.

• Advise production, Project Managers, and Contractors on application design.

• Support data collection and analysis for process monitoring and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (internships or co-ops considered).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and control systems.

• Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and/or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus..

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
