Garantire alle forze di vendita e ai clienti un supporto tecnico specialistico completo, sia in fase di pre‑vendita che di post‑vendita. Assicurare la piena soddisfazione del cliente attraverso un'assistenza competente, un dialogo costante e una gestione efficace del flusso informativo.

What will you do?

  • Fornire supporto tecnico specialistico sui prodotti di competenza, conoscendone a fondo caratteristiche, funzionalità e principali applicazioni, sia in fase di pre‑vendita che di post‑vendita.
  • Aggiornare e ampliare costantemente le proprie competenze tecniche, condividendo conoscenze e best practice con colleghi e altre funzioni aziendali attraverso gli strumenti più adeguati (intranet, piattaforme digitali, ecc.).
  • Assicurare supporto telefonico qualificato a clienti interni ed esterni, gestendo in autonomia le richieste o scalando i casi al livello Expert, sia per temi di prodotto che applicativi.
  • Curare il rapporto con il cliente garantendo un dialogo professionale, trasparente e orientato alla soluzione.
  • Collaborare attivamente con colleghi e altre funzioni aziendali per garantire un efficace scambio di informazioni.
  • Gestire in autonomia strumenti, metodologie e processi necessari allo svolgimento dell'attività, contribuendo all'implementazione di soluzioni e procedure innovative.
  • Interfacciarsi con il servizio tecnico della Casa Madre per tutte le problematiche che richiedano un supporto di secondo livello.
  • Erogare formazione tecnica, sia a clienti sia a colleghi interni, quando richiesto.

What will help you to be successful?
  • Diploma tecnico in ambito informatico, automazione o elettronica, oppure Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Automazione, Elettronica o equivalenti.
  • Conoscenza dei principali protocolli di comunicazione industriale (Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, ...).
  • Conoscenza di prodotti e programmazione PLC, HMI, Motion Control e Servoazionamenti.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Capacità di definire priorità, gestire il proprio tempo e lavorare in autonomia.
  • Iniziativa, proattività, ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia.
