We are seeking a Year Round - Business Graduate Intern to join the Talent Acquisition Staffing team.

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Graduate Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, HR operations, and organizational talent planning. This year-round internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting while contributing to impactful projects that shape our workforce.
On any given day you may be called on to:
- Manage job posting transactions and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Assist with resume screening and candidate communications.
- Analyze hiring data to support evidence-based recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate on special projects aimed at improving talent acquisition processes.
- Participate in team meetings to gain insight into strategic workforce planning.

- Hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

The selected applicant can be a remote worker located in any U.S. State or District of Columbia. Regular or periodic travel to your assigned work location may be required.
Salary Range:
At Sandia, we value the important work done by our interns and its contribution to National Security. Because of this, our interns earn competitive pay rates. Our pay structure is based on earned credit hours, classification, and degree level. Your pay rate will be determined during the hire process and included in your offer package. Qualifications We Require:
You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:
- Earned bachelor's degree
- Currently attending and enrolled full time in a related accredited graduate program
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
Qualifications We Desire:
- Currently pursuing graduate education in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources in a research & development environment.
- Previous internship experience in human resources or broadly in a research & development organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

About Our Team:
The Staffing and Staff Aug Support Team, provides support in the pre-employment activities of external hires, internal post and bid movement of employees, and the acquisition of staff augmentation contract associates. This team interfaces with hiring managers, candidates, and personnel in other Lab functions who also have a role in acquiring members of the workforce.

Security Clearance:
Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications.
