About Employee Success (ES)
Employee Success (ES) is Salesforce's version of Human Resources, and our mission is to help employees do the best work of their lives in a values-led, high-growth environment. As part of ES, we design and deliver programs, processes, and tools that create a world-class employee experience and enable Salesforce to succeed globally.

Role Overview

The ES Operations Intern will join a global HR shared services team focused on projects, process improvement, data analysis, and technology-enabled employee support. You will gain hands-on experience in how HR operations run at scale, working on real initiatives that improve the employee experience and modernize our ways of working. This role is ideal for students who are curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how data, systems, AI, and process design come together in a leading technology company.

Your Impact

  • Process Improvement and AI Enablement: Support ES Operations projects that streamline and globalize core HR processes, driving greater consistency and efficiency. Identify pain points, analyze data, and propose practical solutions, with a strong focus on exploring and leveraging AI tools to support continuous improvement
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with data collection, clean-up, and analysis to measure impact, understand trends, and identify new opportunities for improvement across the team
  • Knowledge Management and Self-Service: Help maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base (BaseCamp) by creating, updating, and simplifying HR knowledge articles, enabling employees and managers to self-serve effectively
  • Tool Navigation and Support: Learn to navigate Workday and Salesforce tools to research process questions, support self-service flows, and help improve overall data quality and accuracy
  • Employee Support: Provide light case support by responding to employee and manager inquiries in our case management tool, ensuring issues are documented clearly and resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaboration and Communication: Actively participate in team meetings, project discussions, and presentations, sharing findings, insights, and recommendations with ES Operations partners and stakeholders
