Retail SE（Solution Engineer）チーム（B2Cソリューション本部）では、百貨店• コンビニ• スーパー• アパレル• 専門店• 飲食を中心としたエンタープライズ小売企業に対し、Salesforce を活用した変革提案を行っています。
店舗• EC• アプリ• コンタクトセンター等の顧客接点を横断し、AI（Agentforce）× データ（Data Cloud）× マーケティング（Marketing Cloud）× コマース（Commerce Cloud）x 顧客体験(CRM) x ビジュアライゼーション(Tableau) × コラボレーション（Slack）を組み合わせ、顧客体験（CX）と従業員体験(EX)の両面で理想を実現することがミッションです。

1. 提案活動

• お客様と密にコミュニケーションを取り、テクニカル• アドバイザーとしての信頼を獲得する
• 経営• 事業• 現場の課題（例：会員/ロイヤルティ、パーソナライズ、LTV向上、オムニチャネル、店舗/CS生産性、キャンペーン最適化、データ統合、AI活用）を整理し、解決策とロードマップを策定する
• 解決策の具体像として、業界シナリオに沿ったカスタマイズデモを作成する

• 例：Agentforce による顧客対応/従業員支援、Data Cloud による統合プロファイル、Marketing Cloud によるジャーニー最適化、Commerce Cloud による購買体験、Slack による業務連携

• ソリューションデザイン / アーキテクチャ方針 / 導入計画を中心とした提案書を作成する
• 担当アカウントにおけるアカウント/ソリューション戦略を AE（Account Executive）とともに計画する
• 複数製品にまたがる提案において、各製品担当/Specialist SE と協業し、顧客の Vision に基づく全体構想• 優先ユースケース• 段階導入をリードする
• AE と連携し、商談発掘のアイデア出し、顧客アプローチ（役員向け価値訴求、部門横断アライン、PoC設計等）を支援する
• 社内のコンサルティングサービス/カスタマーサクセスと協業し、有償サービス提案、ポストセールス支援、追加ユースケースの発掘を行う

2. 各種営業マテリアル作成

• 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし、小売業界向けソリューションマップ、業界別デモ、提案テンプレート、Sales Playを作成する

• 対象：百貨店/コンビニ/スーパー/アパレル/専門店/飲食

• 新製品/新機能の検証を行い、小売×AI（Agentforce）×データ活用（Data Cloud）を中心に、ユースケースを検討• アセット化する

3. マーケティング活動支援

• セミナーやイベントに登壇し、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションを実施する
• イベント展示ブースやセッションのための小売向けデモアセットを作成する

4. 組織活動

• チームメンバーの育成に貢献する

• CRM（セールス/サービス/マーケ）および関連領域における提案活動経験
• エンタープライズ小売（百貨店/コンビニ/スーパー/アパレル/専門店/飲食）向け提案経験、もしくは業務経験
• Salesforce ソリューションのデモ作成/カスタマイズ経験
• Agentforce / Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Slack のいずれかの知見• 経験
• システム連携、セキュリティなどの基本的なITスキル（API、ID/認証、データ連携 等）
• 論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のコンサルティングスキル
• 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力
• 英語力（グローバルメンバーとの協業、技術資料の読解 等）
• セミナーやイベント等でのプレゼン/デモ経験
