En binôme avec un Account Partner, vous pilotez la phase de découverte avant-vente : vous définissez les objectifs du client pour les traduire en architectures de solutions, en propositions de mise en œuvre exhaustives, puis en Contrats de Prestation de Services (Statement Of Work - SOW). En vous appuyant sur notre réseau interne d'experts, vous réalisez les chiffrages détaillés et définissez la feuille de route de déploiement. Enfin, vous assurez une passation fluide à l'équipe projet chargée de l'implémentation, afin de garantir que chaque mission soit parfaitement cadrée et se déroule dans les meilleures conditions.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter de bout en bout la phase de découverte avant-vente, la conception des solutions et le cadrage de programmes de transformation multi-cloud.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Account Partners pour structurer la stratégie financière et la feuille de route du projet, et préparer des soutenances commerciales percutantes à destination des comités de direction (C-Level).
  • Rédiger et valider le SOW (Statement of Work) en définissant précisément les livrables, le périmètre et les conditions de mise en œuvre, tout en coordonnant les différentes équipes internes.
  • Identifier, évaluer et mitiger de manière proactive les risques tout au long du cycle avant-vente, et gérer une transition fluide vers les équipes de réalisation.

Profil Recherché

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le conseil aux grandes entreprises (Enterprise level), dont au moins 7 ans d'expertise sur la plateforme Salesforce et 7 ans en direction de projets ou de programmes complexes.
  • Expérience avérée dans le pilotage de l'intégralité du cycle avant-vente (découverte, design de solutions, chiffrage et création de SOW) pour des programmes multi-cloud complexes, incluant des présentations face à des interlocuteurs de niveau exécutif.
  • Solides compétences fonctionnelles et/ou techniques sur la plateforme Salesforce, associées à un fort sens des affaires, notamment dans le montage de l'offre (deal architecture), la tarification et la négociation.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication (écrite et orale), avec une aptitude démontrée à animer des ateliers complexes, à convaincre des interlocuteurs variés et à traduire des exigences métiers parfois ambiguës en solutions claires, cadrées et réalisables.

Compétences Appréciées

  • Certifications Salesforce fortement souhaitées : Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist et Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de réponses aux appels d'offres (RFP) et l'élaboration de propositions de valeur commerciales.
  • Savoir-être : Force de proposition, leadership et grand dynamisme.
  • Mobilité : Capacité à effectuer des déplacements occasionnels en fonction des besoins de nos clients.
