Senior Manager, Success Architect

Success Architect チームのシニアマネージャは、チームとしてお客様の成功に貢献できるよう、チームの戦略、方針、優先順位を決め、目標達成に向け、国内外のステークホルダーと連携します。チームの力を最大化できるようメンバーを育成し、パフォーマンスの管理を行います。また、キャリアパスの支援を通じて、メンバーが最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう導きます。自立していて、自発的に行動でき、積極的、結果志向で、影響力があり、お客様の成功を軸に持って品質の高いサービスを提供することで高い顧客満足の実現と積極的にビジネス拡大へ貢献することが求められます。

責任

• 日本/韓国/台湾のお客様を支援するSuccess Architect チームをマネージする
• メンバーのスキルセットや稼働状況を把握し、支援依頼やタスクをアサインし管理する
• KPIやプロセスなど、チームの指標や業務効率を改善する機会を見つけ、手法、プロセス、システムの変更を実行する
• 透明性を維持し効果的な業務運営のために、人員の採用、育成、評価を行う
• グローバルチームと連携し、グローバル共通の支援内容やプロセスを理解した上で、日本のお客様にとって最適な支援とオペレーションを実現する
• メンバーと定期的な1on1 ミーティングで課題を聞き、進捗を把握し、期待値を設定して、業務支援をおこなう
• メンバーと定期的なキャリアディスカッションをおこない、キャリア支援をする
• アカウントチームやサクセスマネージャと連携し、お客様への支援スコープを決める支援をする
• Success Architect が提供する支援の価値を言語化し、Signature Success Plan ビジネス拡大に貢献する
• 関連部署と連携し、お客様へ影響のある製品課題などの戦略的なイニシアティブをリード、もしくはサポートする

必要なスキルと経験

• ３年以上のカスタマーサクセス関連技術部門、または運用保守や技術部門でのリソース管理含むチームマネージメント経験
• チームやメンバーの課題や障壁を理解し、優先順位をつけて改善する実行力
• あらゆるロールや立場のステークホルダーと関係性を築き、効果的にコミュニケーションする力
• 多様性のある経験を持つメンバーの個性を活かしながらチーム力の最大化を推進する力
• データドリブンな分析と課題解決力
• 日本語、英語での筆記および口頭コミュニケーション能力

望ましいスキルと経験

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• コンピュータサイエンスの学士号、または関連する実務経験
• AI や新たなテクノロジーを活用した業務の自動化や効率的な業務改善経験
• Salesforce製品の認定資格
