The Equality & Engagement, Employer Brand function is responsible for positioning Salesforce as a great place to work. We develop content that attracts candidates, communicates our culture, and builds our hiring reputation in the market. The ideal candidate would be bilingual in written and verbal communications - Japanese and English - and would focus on raising the profile of what it means to work at Salesforce in the region. This role would be an extension of the global team already delivered.
Scope of the Senior Manager, Employer Brand role:

- Video production & editing content (Example: 10 Questions With Salesforce AE - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXkey2wJTos&t=1s)
- Social media content across all platforms
- Best Place to Work awards (Example: LinkedIn post. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/why-is-salesforce-a-best-place-to-work-ugcPost-7395264400250802176-iH8g/ )
- Localization of our Employer Value Proposition for the JPKT market
- Career site content to support AI-assisted candidate experiences
- Content for Hiring Managers and candidates (Workday content)
Requirements
- 10-12 years in Corporate Communications/ Content writer or Marketing Demand Generation/ marketing programs role at a B2B company
- Strong understanding of the market needs and personas we are hiring for in Japan, Korea & Taiwan, and places where to market towards these personas.
- Influential writing skills increase and attract audiences and viewers
- In-depth experience using marketing tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Social advocacy tools etc.
- Excellent program management, communication (in English and Japanese) and negotiation skills and a great track record of working across multiple global teams within an organization
- Collaborative team player who is excited to be part of a growing global team
- Highly analytical and metrics driven professional, who's excited to optimize campaigns using data insights
- Experience working with a matrix global and regional team
- Flexible self-starter, able to act quickly and take on the challenge of achieving performance
- Japanese & English fluency
- Knowledge of digital marketing as well as various marketing material production, a plus
- Experience in Recruiting and HR, a plus
- Knowledge or experience of DE&I, culture and employer branding
