Tanggung Jawab:
- Secara proaktif mengeksplorasi basis pelanggan saat ini dan membuka peluang baru untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan layanan implementasi atau konsultasi.
- Membangun kemitraan yang kuat dengan tim Penjualan Lisensi MuleSoft (Account Executives) untuk mengidentifikasi peluang di mana Layanan Profesional diperlukan.

Persyaratan Minimum:
- Pengalaman 2-4 tahun di bidang penjualan B2B, manajemen akun, atau penjualan layanan profesional.
- Mampu mengembangkan dan mempertahankan hubungan eksternal dan internal di mana Anda diakui sebagai penasihat tepercaya
- Kemampuan untuk memprioritaskan, mengelola beberapa tugas sekaligus, dan bekerja secara efektif di bawah tekanan

- 5+ tahun pengalaman penjualan konsultatif di layanan profesional atau lisensi, idealnya di perusahaan perangkat lunak API atau integrasi yang mencakup pasar ASEAN.

We are currently seeking an Associate Account Partner to join our growing Professional Services sales team. Ideal candidates should be high-energy, driven professionals who are dynamic learners, knowledgeable of technology and have solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. Effective Associate Account Partners will generate pipeline by identifying opportunities within our customer base, work closely with license sales, articulate how our services can solve customer challenges and enable them to get the most out of their investment in our technology. You need to be a self-starter, take initiative, as well as be detail oriented. Responsibilities:
- Proactively mine the current customer base and open new opportunities to uncover needs for implementation or advisory services.
- Build strong partnerships with the MuleSoft License Sales team (Account Executives) to identify opportunities where Professional Services are needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota with experience closing deals with a 4 weeks to 3 month deal cycle.
- Partner with professional services pre-sales team to draft statements of work, order forms, and commercial proposals, & ensure accuracy in scoping and pricing.
- Articulate the distinct value of MuleSoft Professional Services.
- Maintain accurate data in salesforce (CRM) regarding pipeline status, forecast, and bookings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or in professional services sales.
- Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain external and internal relationships where you are recognized as a trusted advisor
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Great attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Expertise facilitating meetings and presenting to an executive level audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
- Strong track record of quickly learning new processes and products
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & ability to present clearly to multiple stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in professional services or licenses preferably in API or Integration software company covering ASEAN market.
- Ability to travel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Tagalg
