Department: Alliances & Channels

The Alliances team plays a crucial role in developing the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. As an intern, you will support the team in defining value propositions, developing business plans with partners, and working closely with Sales Representatives to drive growth.

We are seeking the next generation of leaders and innovators to join our team in Madrid. You will work in an environment where your talents can drive industry change while gaining a deep understanding of Salesforce as an industry leader.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Enablement: Plan, manage, and oversee marketing and training activities with partners. Follow up with partners via telephone and email to ensure active engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate logistical support for various Alliances initiatives. This includes compiling invitation lists, creating email communications, preparing necessary documentation, and providing on-site support during events.
  • Data Integrity & Operations: Maintain comprehensive records after events. Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure accuracy and quality, and regularly update partner data in our systems.
  • Sales Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and promote collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure alignment on partner strategies.
  • Business Insight: Identify and comprehend the key business issues and needs of existing and potential customers to assist in preparing proposals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Eligibility

  • University Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a Madrid-based University, with an expected graduation year of 2027 (No exceptions).
  • Internship Agreement: Ability to sign a University Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with your school for the full internship duration (12 months).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required (both oral and written).
