Overview of the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce in Sweden, you will work with strategic accounts in the Media and Retail sector - organisations with 3,000+ employees. Partnering with customers across the full Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce platform, you will act as a trusted advisor, developing deep insight into complex enterprise business dynamics and helping shape customers' transformation agendas. You will be part of a high-performing Enterprise team with dedicated onboarding, coaching, and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across a defined portfolio of Media and Retail enterprise accounts in Sweden, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
- Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio
- Perform structured account planning and coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs and drive expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in the Swedish market, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large organisations
- Proven ability to develop sophisticated, value-based propositions and engage credibly with both operational stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated appetite for strategic selling environments
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with the right to work in Sweden
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling into the Media and/or Retail sector in Sweden
- Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions
- Ability to coordinate and strategise effectively within a large, extended internal team
