The Enterprise Planning and Operations Office is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Program Delivery to lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs that support Salesforce's enterprise growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of programs focused on transformational initiatives-ranging from changes in operating models to technology implementations. You will lead program execution, manage risk, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of key milestones. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategy & Program Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex cross-functional programs supporting Salesforce's Enterprise transformation
- Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle-including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, business needs, and delivery approach
- Drive execution through consistent program governance, risk mitigation, and transparent communication
- Facilitate recurring project and stakeholder meetings; track and escalate issues to leadership when needed
- Own and maintain program-level reporting, including master project plans and risks and issues
- Support onboarding of program team members and maintain documentation, artifacts, and shared channels

- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and Tableau dashboards is a plus
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects-preferably within large-scale transformations
- Experience working in a high-tech, SaaS, or software industry is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across functions and leadership levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
