- 財務分析モデリングや表計算スキルに長けていること、データベース分析の経験

Job Details
The Strategy Manager will play a critical role in the Sales Strategy group, a team which acts as the company's internal consulting arm for the fast growing sales organization The selected candidate will share responsibility for identifying and reporting on key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity, using those findings to set the strategic agenda for the sales group, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders. Projects will include business planning, market segmentation, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement. Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for salesforce.com executives.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating scalable, repeatable analytics, and innovative analysis, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers. Ideally, this person will have worked or interned at a management consultancy, in a product management role or acted in a similar capacity at another firm, and will feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
- Create and productize the analytics required to drive improvements in our partnership model
- Support ongoing analysis of business performance required to inform executive decisions on a daily basis
- Take ownership in managing several programs, operationally, in collaboration with relevant parties within Salesforce as well as with outside parties (marketing firms, data vendors, partners)
- Expand the analytical infrastructure with scalable reports and tools
- Work cross-functionally to establish reporting standards
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis, researches and ideas exchange within and outside of salesforce for understanding customer/market landscape as well as to generate innovative programs to accelerate customer acquisition
- Drive the most critical strategic initiatives for Japan market
- Plan, develop and implement Long-term Plan (LRP) with close alignment with country manager and leadership teams to achieve Salesforce long-term aspirational goal.
- Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
Minimum Requirements:
- Expert financial modeling and Excel skills; experience using databases for analysis is a plus
- Creativity and practicality in developing actionable recommendations and programs
- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Project management experience and operational excellence
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment
- Ability to communicate both in fluent Japanese and English (TOEIC score over 800 or equivalent)
Preferred Requirements:
- Degree from University degree, preferably in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, economics, etc.
- Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is desired
- Experience in building strategy of partnership or leading partnership within Strategy team is desired
- Experience in enabling/training new employees and inexperienced members in analysis and reporting
- Highly preferred : Experience running analysis using salesforce.com, Tableau CRM, or Tableau
- Work experience in data extraction, data formatting, and big data analysis using SQL
