Solution Engineerのミッション
ソリューションエンジニアは顧客の役員や担当者に対してビジネス• 技術において信頼できるパートナーとなり、顧客のコラボレーションと働き方に大きな変化をもたらすソリューションの提案を担当します。
担当業務
- 営業担当者と緊密に連携しながら、企業に対して戦略的な営業活動を行う。
- 顧客のビジネス• ITの課題を理解を通してSlackで解決できるソリューションを作成• 提案し、Slackの提供価値に対する理解を促進する。
- ただの機能説明ではない、その顧客にとっての課題解決• ビジョンの実現につながるプレゼンテーション• 製品デモンストレーションを作成し、顧客のCxOレベルに対して実施する。
- Slackと競合他社製品との差別化ポイントを明確かつ分かりやすく説明する。
- 顧客が安心してSlackを選べるようSlackのセキュリティに対する取組を正確かつ分かりやすく顧客に説明する。
- 顧客がSlackを本格利用する前のパイロットやPoCをリードし、必要な技術支援を提供する。
- 急速に成長しているSlackビジネスの成功に貢献する。
- マーケティングイベントやウェビナーなどで多くの聴衆に対してSlackのプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを行う。

- エンタープライズ企業に対するIT業務経験

- SaaS 企業でのセールスエンジニアリングまたはソリューションコンサルティングとして6年以上の実務経験
- ビジネスでの英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（書面• 口頭）
- エンタープライズ向けSaaSエコシステムへの理解• 精通
- Salesforceプロダクトの利用経験や提案経験
- 生成AIやAIエージェントを活用した業務改善や生産性向上の取り組み、もしくはその顧客への提案
