Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) - Mexico

The organization is seeking an Employee Success Partner Consultant (ESPC) to join the ESBP team in LATAM. This role will understand the business and talent strategy and build strong connections with ESBPs and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, coaching people managers, driving HR programs, and leveraging data analytics to provide insights that enhance talent management for the region. Additionally, they will support regional and country-specific initiatives to ensure alignment with global objectives while addressing local business needs.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable, and possesses strong project management skills, with a proactive approach to fostering a culture of success. They bring an agentic mindset - taking initiative, operating with autonomy, and driving outcomes with minimal oversight - and are fluent in the use of AI tools to elevate their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ESBPs to support and lead ES cyclical programs at the regional and country level.
  • Support, drive, leverage AI tools in the flow of work and provide data-driven insights to guide ES programs such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Business Reviews, and ad hoc reporting needs, working in close partnership with ESBPs.
  • Conduct audits and process reviews to drive process improvement, ensure program effectiveness and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Serve as the primary ES point of contact in the country under the direction of the country/regional ESBP, collaborating with ESBPs and cross-functional teams to drive country-specific initiatives, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and provide comprehensive ES support.
  • Collaborate with One ES (CoEs and other ES teams) to drive the success of HR initiatives in LATAM while ensuring alignment with global HR strategy.
  • Engage with the Global ESPC community, facilitating the exchange of best practices and supporting knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and prepare content for ES and Business QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with people managers, providing HR guidance and tailored support.
  • Proactively identify organizational trends and deliver insights to leaders on org health, engagement, and retention.
  • Mentor and onboard fellow ESPCs, sharing expertise and fostering team collaboration.

Key Behaviors & Expectations:

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, ideally within fast-paced, multinational environments.
  • Tech & AI Literacy: Strong ability to learn and leverage HR technology and AI-driven tools to enhance HR processes, with demonstrated fluency in AI tools (e.g., generative AI, AI-powered analytics, agentic AI workflows) to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Agentic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes end-to-end with minimal direction - embracing an agentic approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong ability to manage, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present information persuasively and collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of HR best practices in Mexico, including labor laws, talent management, and compensation strategies.
  • Program & Project Management: Strong multitasking and program management skills, with the ability to lead HR projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of high-quality deliverables aligned with business priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and maintain discretion in all HR matters.
  • Self-Starter & Problem-Solver: Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive meaningful impact.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Strong understanding of company's culture, with the ability to tailor HR strategies to local needs while aligning with global goals.
  • Language: English proficiency, Spanish fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.
