We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Partner Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in driving pipeline and revenue growth by working closely with our consulting partners, resellers, and agencies, supporting the developing of targeted sales plays, content, and campaigns across Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including strategic planning, hands-on execution, relationship building, and project management, to ensure the success of our partner-led initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Partners: Join forces with a select group of consulting partners, resellers, and agencies to develop and implement quarterly demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth for Salesforce solutions.
  • Primary Marketing Contact: Act as the main marketing liaison for these partners, engaging in routine team calls, in-person or virtual meetings, and planning sessions to maintain alignment and provide support.
  • Educate Partners: Ensure partners are trained and equipped with resources on Salesforce marketing tools, benefits, and best practices to drive more effective partner marketing.
  • Co-Marketing Operations: Own the entire co-marketing operation, from raising purchase orders for co-marketing to ensure the collection of Proof of Executions (PoEs)
  • KPI Delivery: Take responsibility for achieving key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth for partner-led campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Work with the broader Salesforce Central field marketing team to support and advocate for consulting partners, ensuring their prominence in industry events, cloud-specific programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Content Curation: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to curate and create content for the Partner Marketing Center, including assets that empower partners to execute at scale and stimulate market demand.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology campaigns, product marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Campaign Building: Demonstrated success in building and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Ambiguity Management: Proven track record of managing in uncertain environments and achieving results.
  • Metrics-Driven: Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and a strong metrics-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Project Management: Meticulous attention to detail, combined with a solid foundation in project management and organizational skills, ensures the flawless execution of initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Essential to this role is understanding digital marketing concepts and best practices, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Essential for this role is the ability to work seamlessly with various teams within the organization, along with top-notch written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Vendor Management: Grasping the vendor management process and the capability to collaborate with creative teams, advertising agencies, and other vendors to generate top-notch marketing materials.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
