Salesforce is seeking talented, energetic, quota-carrying sales professionals to help drive the growth of our Employee Service solutions-encompassing both HR Service and IT Service capabilities. The Employee Service Account Executive role focuses on selling our Employee Portal, HR Service Console, Prebuilt Integrations, and ITSM/ITOM capabilities that empower employees and IT teams with the right information, anytime, through a unified, AI-powered platform.
As an Account Executive, you'll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical-driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You'll help organizations improve employee experience, HR efficiency, and IT service delivery with seamless self-service portals, HR service management, and IT service management solutions.
This role sits within the Emerging Business organization, contributing to Salesforce's growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative atmosphere that fosters product incubation-all while being a valued member of the Ohana.
Your Role
You will work with customers to demonstrate the value of Salesforce's Employee Service suite, which unifies HR Service and IT Service into a single, AI-driven platform. You'll guide customers to the right solutions that transform HR and IT service operations, streamline processes, and improve both employee engagement and IT service delivery.
You'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment.
- Navigating medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high-value deals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for early adopters and expansion customers
Your Responsibilities
- Develop strong internal and customer relationships to create win-win sales opportunities.
- Clearly communicate the value of Salesforce's HR Service and IT Service/ITSM capabilities to potential customers.
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting employee service transformation across HR and IT.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage a robust pipeline, and assist core Account Executives in closing strategic deals.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience
Your Qualifications
- Experience in a quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Employee Experience, HR Service Management, ITSM, or ITOM.
- Proven experience in solution selling and value-based selling to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms, IT operations, and the ITIL framework.
- Familiarity with HR tech, employee experience platforms, and HCM systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.

Vous travaillerez avec les clients pour démontrer la valeur de la suite Employee Service de Salesforce, qui unifie le service RH et le service IT dans une plateforme unique pilotée par l'IA. Vous guiderez les clients vers les solutions appropriées qui transforment les opérations de services RH et IT, simplifient les processus et améliorent à la fois l'engagement des employés et la prestation de services informatiques.
Vous serez responsable de :
- La prospection, la génération de pipeline et l'atteinte des objectifs de revenus.
- La gestion de cycles de vente moyens à longs pour des contrats stratégiques à haute valeur ajoutée.
- La satisfaction client pour les adopteurs précoces et les clients en phase d'expansion.
Vos Responsabilités
- Développer des relations solides en interne et avec les clients pour créer des opportunités de vente mutuellement bénéfiques.
- Communiquer clairement la valeur des capacités de service RH et de service IT/ITSM de Salesforce aux clients potentiels.
- Stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en signant de nouveaux contrats et en développant les comptes existants au sein de votre vertical.
- Développer et exécuter des campagnes de vente ciblant la transformation des services aux employés à travers les RH et l'IT.
- Générer et qualifier des prospects, gérer un pipeline robuste et assister les Account Executives principaux dans la conclusion de transactions stratégiques.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes des RH, de l'IT et des opérations pour comprendre les défis commerciaux et élaborer des solutions sur mesure basées sur les résultats.
- Maintenir des prévisions de ventes précises et mettre à jour le CRM.
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs de solutions, le marketing et les équipes de réussite client pour offrir une expérience client de bout en bout.
Vos Qualifications
- Expérience de la vente de logiciels d'entreprise ou de technologies avec quotas, idéalement dans le SaaS, l'expérience collaborateur, la gestion des services RH, l'ITSM ou l'ITOM.
- Expérience avérée dans la vente de solutions et la vente basée sur la valeur auprès de multiples parties prenantes.
- Solide connaissance des plateformes ITSM, des opérations informatiques et du cadre ITIL.
- La connaissance des technologies RH, des plateformes d'expérience collaborateur et des systèmes HCM (ex: Workday) est un atout.
