Job Summary

CertainTeed Junction City Plant Maintenance Technician

We're hiring!

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule
• Audit equipment condition, plan and make required repairs
• Upkeep Maintenance Log for every major production equipment
• Participate in General Audits along Equipment Operators
• Manage/coordinate service for that equipment with service contracts
• Manage spare part inventory

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Licensed Industrial Electrician or completion of an Industrial Electrician program from an accredited college
• Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance
• Effective problem solver
• Well organized and able to prioritize
• Physically able to perform the job which may require long work hours
• Available to work overtime
• Able to program AB Plc's
• Able to use shop equipment, welder, milling machine, lathe, drill press, and metal saw
• Three or more years of job experience as a maintenance technician working on electronic, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
