What's the job?
- Provide sound leadership to Maintenance Team as they maximize reliability of plant equipment
- Be leader of Professional Maintenance oriented improvement projects moving us from reactive at times to proactive
- Incorporate World Class Manufacturing techniques and principles into all maintenance systems
- Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time.
- Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel.
- Minimal travel required.

Required Qualifications
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10 years manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Complex role working with Plant Leadership Team, corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
