Rockstar is seeking a Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, meticulously organized, will have sound knowledge and experience consolidating, analyzing, interpreting and presenting HCM data to support HR’s strategic decision making. This position will report to the Director of Global HR Operations.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO
- The Rockstar Games HR Operations Team supports areas relating to HRIS/employee data, benefits, compensation, business intelligence, HR analytics, compliance, and policy management.
- We align and implement global strategies across all our locations.
- We seek to deliver improvements across our HRIS and internal processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI on HR metrics such as turnover, hiring, and internal movement.
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities ensuring high quality, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.
- Translate data findings into compelling insights and stories to influence HR strategies and advise management on potential issues or improvements in policy and process.
- Partner with HR and business partners to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in HR data analytics and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience in data management systems and tools and data storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, mathematics, statistics, business administration, or relevant field.
PLUSES

- Familiarity with Python for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Previous HR experience within video games, film, television or music.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
