Roblox is looking for a Program Manager to manage our regulatory program in Europe and the UK. In this role, you will drive execution for business-critical regulatory projects spanning online safety, AI, privacy, and consumer protection. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional regulatory projects, working with stakeholders to assess requirements, manage project schedules, and communicate priority needs to partners and leaders across the company.
As we scale around the world, regulatory readiness is a critical component of our plans. We're looking for someone to manage and develop the Regulatory team’s EU and UK initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
This is a full-time position based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to the Head of EU/UK, Regulatory & International Legal.

You will:
- Manage and drive alignment on complex regulatory readiness projects on a range of topics, including AI, online safety, and consumer protection (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act, EU AI Act);
- Manage the response process for regulatory requests for information;
- Develop internal knowledge management tools and processes.
You have:
- 6+ years of experience in a role related to cross-functional project management;
- Demonstrated interest in tech law and policy, as well as experience working with legal and regulatory initiatives;
- A track record of managing company-wide, cross-functional legal projects;
- Experience creating and managing workflows, with a focus on being process-oriented and organized;
- Ability to tackle complex matters involving multiple stakeholders;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- A love of keeping large teams on track;
- A team-first mindset and excellent collaboration skills;
- Expertise in using project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, etc.;
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple timelines and projects; and
- The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in plain language.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
