About the team + role
The Workplace Operations team works cross-functionally to keep all Robinhood offices running smoothly on the day-to-day. From large-scale facilities projects to running our meal program, we strive to provide best-in-class service for all of our employees, so they can be their best selves at work. We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and people-first leader to serve as our East Coast Manager of Workplace Operations . In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, execution, and experience of multiple office locations across the East Coast—ensuring each space reflects and energizes our culture while remaining safe, efficient, and inspiring.

As a senior member of the Workplace Operations team, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining environments where employees can thrive. You’ll manage a regional team, lead cross-functional projects, and scale operational excellence that supports our rapidly growing organization.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence at our NYC location, five days a week, in alignment with Robinhood's work model. Quarterly travel will be necessary to other managed offices, including those in Toronto, Washington D.C., Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, FL, and potentially others.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Workplace Operations Managers across multiple East Coast office locations.
- Identify gaps and build scalable solutions to standardize and enhance office operations across the company.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders—including Real Estate, Physical Security, People, Events, Admins, IT and others—to implement regional initiatives.
- Manage and support ad hoc projects and workplace programs, ensuring they align with both regional needs and company-wide goals.
- Develop tools, processes, and templates to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative data to assess workplace performance and guide decisions.
- Design and roll out sustainability initiatives in line with state and regional guidelines.
- Partner with business leaders to support workplace planning and effectively launch new programs or initiatives in East Coast locations.
What you bring
- 7+ years of recent experience in multi-site workplace operations and people management
- Strong interpersonal skills, thrives on being the face of the office and driving the company culture
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
- Experience in developing and executing large scale in-person events
- Passion for building and maintaining a tight-knit community within the workplace
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects at a time
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintains focus and productivity in uncertain situations or without complete information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Ability to work autonomously with strong follow through and tenacity
- Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
