The Brokerage Finance & Strategy team supports the largest P&L at Robinhood across core trading and net interest products, including equities, options, margin lending, securities lending, and uninvested cash products. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Procurement teams to guide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across self-directed, managed, and institutional accounts. We work in a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering accurate insights, improving financial processes, and supporting strategic business decisions. You’ll help shape financial planning processes that support the next stage of Robinhood’s growth!


As a Finance & Strategy Manager for Brokerage, you will connect business and operational decisions to financial outcomes through forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support planning processes across the Brokerage organization. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will also help improve financial reporting processes, maintain data accuracy, and develop scalable financial models that support product and business initiatives.


This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do



  • Analyze financial results, identify trends and key business drivers, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership teams

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Procurement teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting materials and maintain key financial metrics

  • Build financial models and business analyses to support product investments, growth initiatives, and operational planning

  • Improve financial reporting processes and data quality to support accurate forecasting and scalable decision-making


What you bring



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with increasing responsibility supporting business decision-making

  • Experience building financial models, forecasts, and reporting processes in complex business environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights and recommendations clearly

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools including Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with analytical and financial systems such as SQL, Looker, and Anaplan

  • Experience supporting consumer technology products and/or financial services businesses

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$136,000$160,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$120,000$141,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$106,000$125,000 USD
