About the Role
We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.
We are seeking a motivated, agile, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, both in stakeholder interactions and customer-facing writing, and is energized by solving complex problems, adapting quickly, and keeping multiple workstreams moving without letting anything fall through the cracks.
The candidate is expected to be comfortable handling day to day operational tasks as well as working on multiple communications projects and deliverables. The role is responsible for supporting Brokerage Communications activities for the broker/dealer and other affiliated entities and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with corporate communications, senior leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, product, and external vendors.

- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for communications and operational initiatives; proactively keep work moving forward by identifying backlog tasks, documentation needs, or optimization opportunities
- Participate in the team’s 24/7 on-call rotation, responding quickly to incidents such as SEVs or operational disruptions:
- Assess the communication impact
- Draft urgent customer facing messaging
- Coordinate with corporate communications, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and leadership
- Ensure accurate, timely delivery and proper documentation of the incident and resulting actions
- Validate the successful delivery of required customer communications using data and reporting tools
- Confirm regulatory delivery requirements are met (trade confirms, statements, annual disclosures, policy updates, etc.)
- Coordinate and execute physical mail fulfillment through an external vendor as needed, ensuring compliant, detailed record-keeping
- Maintain complete and accurate evidence of delivery for audits, exams, and regulatory reviews
- Serve as a trusted collaborator to different departments including (but not limited to) Compliance, Legal, Senior Leadership, Client Services, Operations, Engineering, and Product by providing clarity, structure, and proactive updates
