About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join Riskified’s global Recruitment team. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and the business to attract, engage, and hire top talent worldwide, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will play a key role in building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across regions and functions, supporting global hiring efforts, and helping scale our sourcing capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with Recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business context
  
  
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates globally across multiple channels and markets
  
  
• Build and maintain short- and long-term talent pipelines across functions
  
  
• Craft personalized and compelling outreach to engage passive candidates
  
  
• Provide talent insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to support hiring strategies
  
  
• Collaborate with the Employer Brand team, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies, messaging, and global hiring needs
  
  
• Own, manage, and continuously optimize global sourcing channels, platforms, and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Glassdoor), including leveraging and exploring AI-driven sourcing and research tools to improve reach, efficiency, and candidate engagement
• Contribute to improving global sourcing processes, best practices, and scalability

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing within a global tech company
  
  
• Proven hands-on experience with direct sourcing tools and techniques across multiple markets
  
  
• Ability to learn and source for a wide range of roles and functions (Tech, GTM, and more)
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  
• A creative and thoughtful approach to candidate engagement
  
  
• High level of ownership, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment
  
  
• Passion for sourcing, curiosity, and a growth mindset
  
  
• Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or content creation – an advantage
