About the Role

Riskified is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem across EMEA. Payment orchestration platforms, PSPs, and gateways are a key route to market for us, and this role is the commercial owner of that channel - from identifying and signing new partners, through activation and enablement, to the revenue those partnerships deliver.

This is a revenue role, not a networking role. You'll build a portfolio of partners, drive joint go-to-market with them, and be measured on the pipeline and revenue they generate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and execute a partner acquisition plan across payment orchestration platforms, PSPs, and gateways in EMEA - identify, qualify, and sign partners with real referral potential
• Own the relationship: joint business plans, regular business reviews, and enablement that keeps Riskified top of mind in partner deal flow
• Carry a quota on partner-sourced revenue - convert relationships into qualified leads and closed deals, working jointly with regional AEs 
• Maintain an accurate partner pipeline in Salesforce with full forecasting discipline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, channel, or direct sales within payments, fraud prevention, or ecommerce technology
• Experience in payments and/or fraud prevention - a strong advantage
• A track record of carrying and hitting a revenue quota - this role is about generating revenue, not just managing logos
• A strong network across orchestration platforms, PSPs, or gateways in EMEA 
• Commercial sharpness: structuring partner agreements, modeling revenue-share economics, negotiating terms
• Comfort working cross-functionally with AEs, BDs, Product, and Legal
• A builder's mindset - you'll be turning the existing partner motion into a scaled revenue channel
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
