Yesterday Flexible / Remote

Benefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period!

For more information about our benefits, see below!

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing & Data Analytics to lead our business intelligence efforts and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This pivotal role balances a specialized focus on Pricing and Margin Integrity with broad-based Business Analytics and Operational Reporting. The ideal candidate will act as the Single Point of Accountability for the organization's reporting ecosystem, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that optimize working capital, protect profitability, and empower the leadership team to identify growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pricing & Margin Integrity

  • Manage and optimize pricing analytics reporting and the "pricing cube" to provide a granular view of price realization.
  • Partner with Senior Directors to identify and mitigate margin leakage resulting from excessive discounting, freight costs, or rebates.
  • Identify pricing opportunities and risks by developing and deploying advanced analytical models, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and price elasticity.
  • Support pricing governance from an analytical perspective, including the execution of testing protocols and the development of performance measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor vendor cost fluctuations to manage pricing adjustments and protect the spread/margin.
  • Develop and deploy exception-based tools and dashboards to alert management to the highest-value pricing opportunities.
  • Oversee pricing system updates and lead the implementation of strategic outputs derived from margin improvement initiatives.

Dashboarding & Visualization

  • Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI or Tableau dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Translate complex, multi-dimensional datasets into intuitive "at-a-glance" visualizations highlighting trends in Revenue, Gross Profit, and SKU performance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of dashboard creation, from initial requirement gathering and wireframing to deployment and user adoption training.

Working Capital & Operational Analytics

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to report on Inventory Velocity and pinpoint slow-moving stock to free up trapped cash.
  • Analyze Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and customer payment trends to support corporate working capital goals.
  • Track "Cost to Serve" and variable cost metrics (shipping, handling, returns) to ensure unit-level and order-level profitability.

Centralized Reporting & Data Governance

  • Single Point of Accountability: Act as the primary owner for all business reporting and associated BI tools, ensuring they are not just "reports," but functional assets used to identify opportunities and drive measurable business improvements.
  • Consolidation & Control: Standardize and consolidate reporting across the organization to eliminate silos, ensure a "single version of the truth," and vet all new reporting requests for alignment with business strategy.
  • MBR Ownership: Own the production of the Monthly Business Review (MBR) data package, ensuring 100% accuracy for the executive leadership team.
  • Data Stewardship: Serve as the gatekeeper for data definitions (e.g., "Net Margin") and perform rigorous data cleaning/validation of ERP outputs to maintain reporting integrity.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required.

Experience & Competencies

  • Business-First Mindset: 7+ years of experience in business analytics, pricing, or FP&A. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritize business outcomes over technical complexity.
  • Reporting Transformation: Proven track record of being the "single point of accountability" for an organization's reporting, with the ability to make data "come to life" to drive operational change.
  • Commercial Insight: Deep experience in margin analysis and pricing strategy. You should be able to explain the financial impact of a pricing shift as easily as you can build the model for it.
  • Technical Enablement: While business-led, you must possess the technical expertise to manage the creation of complex dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and navigate ERP data structures (SQL, data modeling).
  • Operational Literacy: A strong understanding of the "mechanics" of a business-including inventory velocity, shipping costs, and working capital cycles.

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • The "Translator": Exceptional ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical executive audiences in a way that leads to decision-making.
  • Gatekeeper Mentality: A high degree of ownership over data integrity; you are uncomfortable with inconsistent definitions or unvalidated data.
  • Bias for Action: A self-starter who doesn't just provide data, but provides recommendations based on that data.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Power BI/Tableau and Excel is required; SQL and ETL experience is essential to support your analytical goals.
