Job Summary

The AI & Automation team is seeking an Analyst to drive operational improvements and automation initiatives across the organization. This role independently conducts process analysis, develops solution recommendations, and manages automation projects from discovery through implementation.

Leveraging AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with Development, Operations, and cross-functional teams, to analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and deliver projects that generate measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.

• Conduct process analysis and documentation across teams, geographies, and systems to identify automation solutions
• Lead automation projects end-to-end, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Leverage AI systems (Claude and ChatGPT) to accelerate documentation, synthesize feedback, and generate requirements.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation and requirements for Development team implementation.
• Design automation solutions that align with business needs, technical feasibility, and organizational constraints
• Conduct feasibility and ROI analyses to prioritize automation opportunities and secure stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate with Development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements, and build consensus.
• Develop processes to ensure automation solutions integrate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Create and present business cases, project proposals, and status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Refine analysis methodologies and contribute to team development capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation standards and stay current with automation technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of solution design, requirements engineering, or SDLC methodologies
• Project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage stakeholder effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear recommendations
• Proficiency with documentation tools and techniques for creating process maps, requirements documents, and solution designs
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools for quantitative process assessment
• Understanding of business case development including ROI calculation and cost-benefit analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of e-commerce operations and online advertising advantageous

• Experience: 2-4 years in business / process analysis or related analytical roles.
• English fluency: Upper-Intermediate or higher with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• AI Tools: Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for documentation, analysis, requirements gathering and generating and troubleshooting code. Familiarity with AI agent platforms such as Relevance AI.
• Process & Automation: Foundation in process analysis, mapping, workflow documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities, RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate).
