Job Summary As a Strategic Growth Manager on the Enterprise Accounts Team, you will lead new business and expansion efforts across major health systems and national hospital networks. You’ll work as part of a strategic “pod” alongside a Partner Success Advisor (PSA) and a Managing or Associate Director to identify, engage, and close complex opportunities with enterprise partners. 

Essential Functions:  

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise hospital and health system leaders.
  • Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that address client challenges through Q-Centrix solutions.
  • Partner closely with the PSA to ensure a unified pre- and post-sale partner experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough documentation of engagement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in healthcare, including regulatory shifts and enterprise innovation in quality and safety.
  • Serve as a trusted voice of the enterprise customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:  

  • Proven experience selling services or software solutions to large health systems or national healthcare networks.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in healthcare or health tech.
  • Confidence managing high-stakes conversations with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a pod model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

Preferred Abilities, Education and Skills:  

  • Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs.
  • Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction.
  • Salesforce experience. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None. 

Work environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation. 

Travel Requirements: 25-35%  

Work Authorization: Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The target salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a $25,000.00 - $42,500.00 potential commission earning. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. All commissions are considered variable pay and are paid per the Q-Centrix Commission Plan, which is shared with team members annually. The actual commission payout may be higher or lower, depending on individual performance.
