Technical Product Management - Manager

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will define and manage the roadmap for AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives. As a Manager, you will lead collaboration between engineering, data, and business teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
