The Opportunity

As a Security Operation Center Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's assets by designing and implementing security processes to protect against external threats. You will be responsible for evaluating security solutions, managing security incidents, and confirming compliance with industry regulations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, anticipate their needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC, you will be part of the Security team, focusing on physical security management. You will engage in security process design, security review, and operational risk management. Your work will involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance security measures and respond effectively to security incidents. This position offers an opportunity to grow your personal brand and technical skills while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Executing security operations and supporting the implementation of security protocols

- Conducting security reviews to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Evaluating security solutions to determine the best fit for organizational needs

- Implementing and maintaining security management processes to protect assets

- Coordinating incident response activities and tracking security incidents

- Utilizing CCURE and other security management software for access control and monitoring

- Developing and executing security training programs to enhance team capabilities

- Integrating security systems to create a unified and efficient security infrastructure

- Monitoring network video surveillance and analyzing footage for security threats

- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and updating security policies accordingly

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Business, Criminal Justice, Management, Political Science, Security

- Demonstrating proficiency in CCURE and Integrated Security Management Systems

- Excelling in Security Incident Management and Security Monitoring

- Utilizing Security Process Design for enhanced organizational protection

- Implementing Security Control Assessment and Security Evaluation techniques

- Managing Security Systems Integration for cohesive security solutions

- Developing Security Awareness and Incident Response Training programs

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
