Provider Business Operations Senior Associate

As part of the Corporate Technology Strategy team, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage structured problem-solving techniques and advanced data analysis to inform decision-making and support transformative initiatives. Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 3 years of consulting and/or healthcare provider industry experience, with exposure to business- or technology-enabled transformation programs

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree preferred

- Experience working in provider operations or process redesign

- Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled tools

- Excelling in communication with cross-functional teams

- Analyzing administrative processes for problem-solving

- Developing clear, client-ready deliverables

- Supporting project management and documentation

- Engaging with provider stakeholders in delivery teams

- Interest in learning enabling platforms like Oracle or Workday

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
