The Opportunity
As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and transformative initiatives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, using your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver value. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. By maintaining professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the delivery of quality work and the firm's overall business strategies. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills
- Excelling in business transformation and operational excellence
- Utilizing management consulting and market research capabilities

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
