The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead transformative projects in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive results and secure operational excellence while guiding top-performing teams through complex challenges.

- Analyze project performance and identify areas for enhancement

- Maintain adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect Master, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), Project Management certification (PMP), or Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Leading complex CMS and DAM transformations

- Shaping and delivering AEM modernization programs

- Establishing governance, decision rights, and operating cadence with senior stakeholders and leading executive steering and escalation forums

- Developing cross-functional teams and business development

- Driving adoption of content supply chain practices

- Identifying and managing delivery challenges

- Leading change management and communications to support platform adoption and sustainable ways of working

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
