Those in proposal strategy at PwC will effectively communicate ideas, solutions and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. Working in this area, you will support the largest, most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching, pursuit and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) sales methodology, professional pursuit coaching, bid management, bid evaluation and copy-editing support and advice.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity

As part of the Proposal Strategy team you lead the entire bid process for technology and business process Managed Services opportunities. As a Manager, you guide teams in delivering timely and quality submissions while fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and success. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your project management skills and analytical abilities to drive impactful proposals that align with client needs.

Responsibilities

- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance proposal quality

- Mentor team members to improve their proposal writing skills

- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

- Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards

- Drive ongoing enhancement in proposal processes and methodologies

- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and competitive landscape

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating leadership in managing bid processes

- Analyzing RFPs to identify key requirements

- Developing proposal templates for efficiency

- Conducting post-bid reviews for continuous improvement

- Building relationships with key stakeholders

- Managing multiple bids simultaneously

- Exhibiting proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Displaying knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks

- Having an extensive understanding of ERP technologies, business processes, and managed services solutions

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
