The Opportunity

As a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate and Infrastructure Transactions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on their local and international tax affairs, acting as a strategic consultant in business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. Within our Tax practice, you will help organizations navigate the complex national and international tax environment, addressing challenges related to stringent capital requirements and operational tax risks.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on local and international tax affairs, focusing on strategic business analysis and capital management
- Managing tax compliance and structuring for financial services clients, addressing operational tax risks and jurisdictional tax implications
- Leading teams in the preparation and review of tax documents, confirming alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations

- Utilizing analytical skills to interpret complex tax regulations and provide actionable recommendations for clients
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to facilitate effective communication and service delivery
- Overseeing the drafting and submission of regulatory filings, confirming timely and accurate completion
- Coaching team members to enhance their skills in tax planning and compliance, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Monitoring financial trends and analyzing their impact on tax strategies and client outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address evolving tax challenges
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
