Minimum Degree Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Year(s) of Experience

  • 5 year(s) in digital marketing technology, with proven success in strategy, architecture, or implementation leadership roles

Required Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and hands-on experience with:
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar
  • Personalization and optimization platforms
  • Marketing analytics, campaign management, and ad technology
  • Identity management and audience activation (e.g., LiveRamp, CoreAI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, marketing, and technical challenges.
  • Hands on experience both using AI for productivity and delivering AI solutions for large organizations.
  • Proven experience leading the design and integration of complex martech ecosystems, preferably including Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) with CDPs, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Deep familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of data governance, consent management, and privacy frameworks relevant to digital marketing.
  • Consulting or professional services experience in a client-facing, solution leadership role.

  • As part of the Marketing Technology team you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise marketing technology ecosystems. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver remarkable results.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
