AI Commercial Strategy Manager

The Opportunity

As part of the AI Commercialization team you will lead the execution of our firm's AI commercialization strategy across key leadership segments and priority accounts. As a Manager you will drive measurable AI adoption, influence go-to-market strategy, and embed scalable AI-enabled approaches into commercial operations. This role operates at the intersection of AI capability, commercial growth, and transformation, translating AI initiatives into revenue-aligned results and maintaining a stable competitive edge.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, or commercialization roles

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
