This position is 100% in office Monday - Friday in Coppell, TX.

JOB SUMMARY
The Escrow Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch Support Center (BSC) production team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of escrow support functions. The BSC team plays a critical role in the closing process by opening new files, reviewing contracts, preparing title commitments, managing document recordings, and issuing final title policies. While the team does not directly interact with customers, their work is essential to delivering smooth, accurate, and efficient closings nationwide. The Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, workflow oversight, and quality control to maintain consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across assigned functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily escrow support operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing.
  • Monitor workflows, manage queues, and prioritize work to meet service level and turn time expectations.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues, delays, or risks as needed.
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of work, reinforcing operational standards and corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure team adherence to federal, state, and local escrow and title regulations.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to escrow support team members.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development to promote consistency and best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal partners, underwriters, and operational teams.
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented team culture.
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalations to support smooth, efficient closings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in title & escrow industry
  • Time in position: Minimum of 2-3 years at a Escrow Officer/Closer level and minimum 1-year supervisory experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workflows, and meet deadlines in a high-volume, production-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to use reporting and productivity tools to support daily operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate law, abstracting and examination
